May has been a dynamic month at the Uniswap Foundation! In our commitment to transparency and community engagement, we’re excited to share the key developments from our team in May 2024.
Q1 2024 Financial Reports: We have shared our financial reports for the first quarter of 2024, continuing our commitment to financial transparency.
Job Opportunities: We are actively hiring for a Director of Marketing. As UF’s first marketing hire, you will drive our strategy, budget, work with agencies and build a small internal team.
Monthly Community Call: Our first community call on May 30 was a great success, with a vision update from our Executive Director, Devin Walsh, grantee presentations from Atrium Academy, Panoptic and Allium, and a Q&A session with our team.
Research
TLDR Conference: The inaugural TLDR Conference was a resounding success with over 200 attendees gathering at Columbia Business School from May 16-17. The event featured insightful keynote sessions from Eric Budish and Alex Nezlobin. Recordings will be posted soon! *To view the incredible lineup, click here. *
TLDR Fellowship: Applications for the TLDR fellowship are open until June 6! Selected Researchers & Engineers get $10K-$25K, expert support, event access and a strong DeFi network. Program details and application information.

v4 Audits: We have kicked off the audits for Uniswap v4, engaging five top-tier security firms to ensure the robustness and security before deploying to Ethereum:
Last month, we announced the expansion of our grants program to include a new Security category. The audits mentioned above are being funded through this new workstream.
Developers
Uniswap Hook Incubator The second cohort of the Uniswap Hook Incubator by Atrium Academy will commence on July 18, following the success of the first cohort. Apply here by June 28.
ETH Prague Hackathon: We were thrilled to be offering $20,000 in bounties at the ETH Prague Hackathon from May 31 to June 2. Uniswap Foundation’s DevRel Engineer, saucepoint will be there to mentor hackers.
GovSwap at ETH CC: We are excited to announce the next GovSwap (a delegate engagement initiative) at ETH CC in Brussels from July 7-8.
