end of an era 🥲
the past 4 years were insane: apps, miniapps, games, agents, weird experiments
personally, i learnt a lot. some of it the hard way
big team without strategy and predictable income is dangerous. at some point you’re not building, you’re feeding the machine
we overfitted on external momentum. Base and Farcaster gave us a lot, but when your strategy depends on ecosystems you don’t control, every incentive or attention shift hits hard
biggest lesson: the limbo never worked
we were never fully an agency, focused on clients and margins. never fully a venture studio either, going all-in on internal bets - trying to be both made us less sharp
still, i wouldn’t trade these years for anything.
@builders-garden,
@urbe-eth and our Ethereum hub in Rome shaped me more than any job ever could
i'm onto a new chapter, in health tech: co-founder & CTO at
Omea.io, turning health data into concrete protocols to help with prevention & longevity
one last thing, i moved to /lisbon 🇵🇹
