we spent last year bouncing between client work and internal projects
it worked for sustainability, but it didn’t allow us to focus on our own bets
in the end it didn’t scale, and we weren’t able to capitalize on our positioning as much as we wanted
we did try to escape that situation
we went all-in on /rise-of-farms, pushing hard on product, distribution, and onchain mechanics, but it proved to be risky and too early for where we were structurally
now we’re back at square one, and instead of quitting, we’re restructuring
we’re rebuilding our internal frameworks from the ground up, with ai embedded across every layer of the process, from early research and product design, to spec writing, rapid prototyping, testing, distribution, and even internal operations
the goal is simple: scale leverage, not headcount
that means increasing the number of bets we can place every year, shortening the loop from idea to validation, reducing our dependency on linear client work, and owning more of the upside of what we build
this is a new phase for builders garden 🌳
not because we’re abandoning client work, we’re not. we’re still partnering, still building with others, still supporting teams
but we’re restructuring so client work doesn’t slow us down or fragment our attention
we’re building an ai-native product engine that allows us to compound, ideas, distribution, learnings, instead of constantly resetting
if you’re building in crypto, ai, agents, miniapps, or frontier tech and need a team that moves fast, prototypes aggressively, and helps you turn vision into shipped product, let’s talk
we’re taking on a small number of partners who want to build at this new speed
