Everytime I log into Farcaster my amygdala is triggered and I just feel threatened by the people on here; pretentious, judgemental, scornful, extremely opportunistic. These traits typically have only been felt or seen in a workplace environment, but as finances become more onchain, so do the human-emotions and fear we equate to them.
Throughout my life I have burned many bridges. Trauma, Grief, Shame. Insecurity, I'm by all means no perfect person nor the victim in this story.
But what I learned from university psychology, and devouring as much information on addiction, neuroscience as possible. UX-behaviors from Web3, has been my own integrated research in the past 6 years.
What I've learned is that: we cannot simply mix money and technology and escape the previous problems. and we absolutely cannot allow people to introduce MORE technology, without first proving that it wont have extremely negative side-effects.
