told u yesterday not to trust ai blindly and to check ur code. moonwell is the perfect example of being rekt by vibe coding. the tech side is actually tragicomic. on base the team tried to get cbeth price by connecting a chainlink oracle. standard stuff but the dev assumed the data would be in usd. instead the feed they used returned eth parity. so cbeth is worth like 2500 usd but the oracle returns 1.12 bc its eth based. the system is in vibe mode so it doesnt question it and thinks this asset is worth 1.12 usd. math breaks and everything goes south. thousands in collateral suddenly look like 1 dollar to the system. liquidation bots dont care. they just drain the wallets for pennies. this is the danger of vibe coding. ai writes the integration code in seconds and it works. but u still gotta check if its pulling the right currency or decimals. if u just ship based on vibes the bots will turn those feelings into cash for someone else.
