Saw the pre-IPO documents for Metamascus, decent brokers were offering to participate through the purchase of Consensys employee options. I think the IPO is close. I still can't wrap my head around how they can list on top US exchanges and still issue a token in parallel. I don't think the SEC would like that. I als...
