這部分反而比較少人提及，我認為是搞清楚自己的目標與心理狀態。 我的第一個建議是要清楚個人投資目的，做好風險評估與項目研究再入場，而不是看到別人推薦就跟著進場買、買、買。 因為加密貨幣的世界，資訊太多、項目太多、擔心沒跟上的情緒、暴漲暴跌的，下跌無限（甚至可能歸0），上漲百倍、千倍、萬倍都有可能，在這樣的環境下，很容易心境受到影響、嚴重甚至影響到現實生活與作息。 我的幣圈投資資歷沒有很長，只是Gamefi、Defi、NFT、現貨、合約等等，一開始玩什麼賠什麼，非常心急，尤其是看到很多網紅、Youtuber、部落客介紹十倍幣、百倍幣、幾天回本、一年投報幾百上千％、Gamefi挖提賣、流動性挖礦多好賺等等聳動吸引人的標題，該踩的坑都踩到了。 搞清楚自己是想『投資』、想『理財』、還是想『投機』呢？（投機指的是想一夜暴富、快速致富） 2.不要讓『投資』影響到生活。 這包含了風險的評估、投資的金額大小、在漲跌幅的過程當中，很容易影響到每天的心情，『幣圈一天、人間一年』的市場變化幅度很大，加上加密貨幣是沒有『休息』的，一天24小時、一年365天隨時都可以交易！ 我曾經連續一個月每天隨時都想打開...
