Insane to me how hard it is to set up new socials these days. Not even trying to be sneaky about it, just trying to get some accounts set up for my robot friends. Can't get a Google account or GitHub or anything unless you have SMS, but not just any SMS, only SMS services that require government ID to activate.

This feels like the new way. I love the vision of a future where all the apps we used were built by friends, family, and neighbors, all on top of a global decentralized web3 infrastructure. UX can be purpose built for empowering our respective local communities while managing to stay connected to a universal fabric of humanity.

Does it annoy the shit out of anyone else that basically every AI agent makes heavy use of /tmp/? Feels like there's some security disaster waiting to happen there. Any agent can write to tmp and is influenced by what's in there. I obviously tell my agents not to go there, but I keep catching them doing it.
