2020年4月19日： 在那天的记录里，写了自己分析案件后，复杂的心境。一来针对一些关键点觉得漏洞较大也很为牵强，但是却无力诉说。二来，面对即将到来的一些审讯，我非常清晰要保持清晰的头脑和反复的思考，所以未免会有些紧张。 所以我在记录里写到：事情发展到现在，应该明白，不应该被外界影响，按照自己的想法，稳步向前才行，其他杂念都应该去除，因为我无法改变的东西思考也没用，我只用全身心做好自己应该做的即可。 另外，当天的日记加了一句：身体不太对劲，仰卧起坐只做了30个就无精打采，其他时间我基本上每天会保持200个仰卧起坐和100个俯卧撑和一些其他运动。还有写到案件影响到了平日的学习和思考，这个需要自身反省和纠正。
