We are at a point in the AI adoption cycle where it has undeniably been proven to 10x productivity if used properly, yet around 58% of people in the US still don't use it, whether due to personal beliefs, lack of initiative, or otherwise.

Even if Farcaster is ten years ahead of its surrounding ecosystem, this is still a worthy investment.
Not sure why there are so many “socialfi is dead” “Farcaster is dead” doomposts going around.
Makes no sense considering Lens and Farcaster were acquired, not dissolved.
Farcaster is likely best positioned for success now than it has been since 2024.
Degen App opinions - stream of consciousness as i scroll through:
- app functions as a client, nice
- cannot update profile (description, name, username, pfp, everything)
- cannot export keys when account is created on app
- cannot choose any settings (notif preferences, privacy, etc.?)
- cannot see mini apps
- cannot see user’s name on profile
- what is a “post title”?
- prediction markets feel out of place here
Protocol growth is what matters.
If wallet will onboard the most people, then build it.
If prediction market will onboard the most people, then build it.
If launchpad will onboard the most people, then build it.
If more people come to the protocol, then the protocol will be better as a result.
How needed is Zcash really when we can mimic shielded pools on more performant chains using products/protocols from companies that are building on top of said chains?
