Some short term takeaways from Journaling as a habit
- I’m flexible with when it can be done but morning / before noon is always best
- What I like most about the habit so far is the stream of consciousness self realizations that often find a way to the page
- I don’t think weekends off will help me build the habit I want attempting to get 4/7 days a week for now
- A physical journal is key, and I have awful penmanship still… will be interesting to see if this improves at all or I simple have terrible penmanship (I can live with that)
