I am very disappointed with the Holiday Reward system.
I completed all the required tasks, but I did not receive any reward. Meanwhile, I noticed that some players who did not complete all tasks still received the reward crate status.
This feels unfair and discouraging for players who put in the effort to complete everything properly. Please check my account and clarify why I did not receive the reward despite completing all tasks.
I kindly request you to investigate this issue and provide the correct reward if possible.
