Can’t stop thinking about this chart Mike Layne surfaced. Followed by this quote: “Now, l get it. College football is a massive business. As a parent, one analogy that’s proven true more than others is that you get used to microdosing experiences. A bit of a conversation with others at an outing. A bit of reading, a bit of a podcast, a bit of a scroll. Depending on the age of your child, you’re context switching between the responsibilities you have to them at any given moment and your own thing. As much as I try to draw boundaries around work and family, they can naturally blur. Using Hermes has been a game changer because I can delegate quite a bit within those slivers of time, and not have to sacrifice as much family time.

Things that separate people who USE AI from people who are GOOD with AI: They delete more than they keep They can describe what "good" looks like BEFORE they prompt (the standard exists independent of the tool) They get annoyed by generic output instead of impressed by fast output They've built at least one system that says NO to something They talk about what AI CAN'T do for them with the same fluency as what it can If you recognized yourself in three or more of these, you're already in a different conversation than most of the AI internet.
