what kind of rituals do you do when you are preparing to be public facing, like waiting tables or behind the bar at a bakery? looking to add to my preparatory flow I’m finding I feel so fulfilled by speaking with the neighborhood and meet loving people all day but I also come home drained and tired somedays.

I wish the back button was always on the left (or right) - in the video I go through each category/screen and look for the back buttons and find that it would help if they all looked and were placed the same (back buttons) feel free to point me in more constructive feedback if this isn’t helpful.
