I graduated with a Computer Science degree, but haven't done much coding since. After graduating I began working in the Biotech industry, where I still am today. I got into crypto in the Spring of 2020 and started to spend a lot of my time around everything Ethereum not long after. I genuinely enjoy learning about all the tech, trying out new protocols, speculating on the future, etc. I've gathered much knowledge through the years and learned some hard lessons. My goal is to contribute positively to the Web3 ecosystem in any way I can.

$DEGEN: The Legitimate Project in Wolf's Clothing
I hope the idea on L3s end up becoming successful, but short-term it's one of several narratives & fundamentals DEGEN has behind it. Feels weird to say DEGEN has growing fundamentals, but it does compared to other meme coins. The builders behind DEGEN are in another league when you look at their backgrounds. Degens will buy DEGEN just for the hype, narrative, and its name. But those "in it for the tech" will also be inclined to buy (and build on it), despite the token's name. Ultima...

Your Engineering is Showing
I have a passion for testing out everything from crypto protocols to simple scripts I or someone else has made at work. I've developed great attention to detail in general, especially towards issues surrounding grammar, webpage styling, interacting with JavaScript, and anything else the user may deal with on the front end. Though anectodical, I've noticed a trend with crypto projects in particular. Developers manage to get their unique, bleeding-edge protocols to work, while their w...

There Is Something Here
Oh, Sweet Summer ChildIn summer of 2020, I was so new to crypto that I didn’t even know (or comprehend) that DeFi Summer was taking off right under my nose. Earlier in the spring, I had searched “second largest crypto”. This was the moment I discovered Ethereum. Through curiosity and luck, I searched Spotify for Ethereum podcasts. Into the Ether, hosted by Eric Connor and Anthony Sassano, seemed promising.I Know That I Know NothingI was completely lost the moment they started talking. Arbitru...

What Keeps Me Motivated During the Market Downturn
I genuinely believe this industry is already too big to fail. Not due to the amount of capital invested in it, but due to the amount of developers in the space and the incredible amount of infrastructure they’ve already built out. I find it hard to believe that all of the time, effort, and coordination will be in vain. The list of proven use cases in the space may still be short, but it has grown significantly in just the past couple of years. We may not know the true potential of web3/crypto...
