These cringe conferences do zero favors for web3/crypto/artists. Each viral cringe video is a headwind to mass adoption. Our industry needs to be more thoughtful about who gets a microphone and take pride in who represents this movement on public stages.

I don't like complaining publicly, but feel compelled to break my rule. Wild tries to meet 1x/wk for our all-hands in VR (12 peeps, bought everyone dope headsets). When Horizon Workrooms works (~33% of the time) it's magical! However, it's indescribable how frustrating it is the other ~67%. Are we the only ones?
