针对有外媒提问疫情“零容忍”政策会否影响经济社会发展等问题，国家卫生健康委疾控局副局长吴良有在6日国务院联防联控机制新闻发布会上回应称，一年多来，我国始终坚持将人民至上、生命至上作为疫情防控工作的根本出发点和落脚点，全面落实“外防输入、内防反弹”的总体防控策略，建立了常态化精准防控和局部疫情应急处置相结合的工作机制。根据流调溯源的结果，武汉疫情以来，国内发生了30余起本土的聚集性疫情，均是由境外输入引起的。中国做到了及时发现、快速处置、精准管控、有效救治。发现一起疫情就彻底破灭一起疫情，确保完全阻断疫情传播，确保国内的疫情形势保持总体的平稳。实践证明，我国“外防输入、内防反弹”的总体防控策略和一系列的防控政策措施是符合国情和疫情防控的科学规律的，很好地统筹了疫情防控和经济社会发展。 当前，全球的疫情特别是我国周边国家的疫情波折反复、居高不下，今冬明春疫情防控形势复杂严峻，我国将继续坚持严格的疫情防控措施，筑牢“外防输入、内防反弹”的坚实屏障，巩固来之不易的防控成果。
