The Moonlit River
Untitled
Aug 25
A silver ribbon through the night it flows, Past silent hills where sleeping blossom grows. No ferryman disturbs its quiet grace, Just moonlight stitches stars upon its face. A lone goose calls above the mirrored deep, While distant villages in darkness sleep. This peace that hangs between the earth and sky, Holds more than all the world’s gold could buy.
