Every journey has its seasons. After careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to wind down InterSwap’s operations.

This wasn’t an easy choice. InterSwap was never just a product — it was a belief, a mission, and an effort to push the boundaries of what open finance could look like. To everyone who used our platform, shared feedback, wrote about us, or simply believed in the idea — thank you.

InterSwap began with a simple but powerful idea: To make cross-chain liquidity seamless and to empower users with true financial autonomy.

We believed that the future of finance should be:

• Open and permissionless

• Transparent

• Designed for users, not gatekeepers

• Composable and community-driven

Our mission was to turn this belief into reality.

Like every ambitious project, our path wasn’t linear.

• We experimented

• We shipped

• We iterated

• We learnt

From early prototypes to production releases, InterSwap was shaped by constant curiosity and the willingness to try. What mattered most wasn’t perfection. It was progress. And along the way, we met builders, thinkers, creators, and users who made this journey meaningful.

Even though we’re closing this chapter, we’re deeply proud of what we built.

These weren’t just metrics. They were moments of belief.

Building in this space is hard.

• User needs evolve

• Infrastructure matures

• Sustainability matters

After extensive reflection, we concluded that continuing InterSwap in its current form would not be viable and sustainable. 

This decision does not erase the value of what was built. It simply marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of many others for the people involved.

Our code lives on

InterSwap was built on the belief that knowledge should be shared. That’s why we are open-sourcing our core codebase, tooling, and research so that others can learn from it, build on it, and take it further.

We encourage developers to:
