On May 3, the Pingdingshan epidemic prevention and control headquarters office issued the notice on carrying out the nucleic acid detection of COVID-19 virus in the city.

According to the circular, the current situation of domestic epidemic prevention and control is complex and severe. According to the emergency disposal requirements for Xinguan epidemic prevention and control in the province, the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters decided to carry out nucleic acid testing for all the staff in the city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Sampling time

Sampling started at 9:00 on May 4 and completed at 17:00.

2、 Sampling object

All residents in Xinhua District, Weidong District, Zhanhe District, high tech Zone, demonstration zone and other areas (including local permanent population, temporary population, temporary floating population, foreign population, etc.). The nucleic acid detection of the whole staff in each county (city) shall be uniformly arranged by the COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters of each county (city).

3、 Sampling location

Sampling points are divided into fixed sampling points and mobile sampling points. Residents are invited to participate in sampling at the sampling point of their residence in principle according to the organization and arrangement of community (Village) and group staff. They can take samples at the workplace after reporting to the community under special circumstances.
