Stargate New Proposal: It's Regrading LayerZero Airdrop!

Main points

1. Airdrop to bridgers: $5k minimum total volume, capped max $750k.

2. Airdrop to liquidity providers: Minimum 1 week of providing + $250 minimum.

3. Airdrop to Stargate DAO voters: Cumulative minimum of 100 veSTG Vote weight.

Note: that the proposal is for Stargate's RFP distribution criteria, not LayerZero's overall airdrop criteria.
