A random story #3

My daytime and nighttime life is very different, I spent all night in a nightclub and then drove about 150 kilometers an hour on the night road going to my mansion on the riverbank. Although, it was two in the morning, it felt like everything stopped and everything around me froze, like time had stopped. It was very calm and good, I tried smoking a few times on the way, and each time something got in my way. At the end I did quit. I don't suffer from anything, maybe because I don't think about pain, I've lived my whole life that way and I won't die that way, someday apparently my life will be over. Everything is absolutely wonderful, I don't want to change anything, everything is going very well in my life. Sometimes I even feel like I'm going to the service. I feel like I exist in good day and bad night mode. After parking my sports car I went into the mansion and sat down at my desk, I needed to write a story, hmmm, just what to write about? After thinking about it, I decided to start with an evening at a big nightclub. Here's the plot. I'm sitting at a table, there is no light in the hall and people are dancing, but not really people, I see different people in different poses, it seems to me that I'm in a movie or a TV program and I watch it live. The music is playing, basically. I'm drinking a glass of very strong bourbon, the room is, as always, very quiet, people are talking. And suddenly one girl comes up to me and sits on my lap. Then a few more. Another girl sits next to me. Then three more at the table. And so on. All the girls were beautifully dressed, beautiful, with long hair. And somehow, though I couldn't really explain, their outfits were different from each other. But it didn't matter. I drank my second glass of bourbon, and all of this became just a dream that was about to end. Maybe that's what you drink bourbon for, not to dream, I thought. Suddenly I realized that everything that was happening was not a dream, but a reality. And that it was really happening to me. That it was real. I saw myself from the outside and thought that I didn't look anything like me in the hall-I mean, I was exactly the same, of course, but I must have had a little too much to drink. The music ended, the lights went on, and all the girls went back to their tables. But they were no longer interested in me. I felt a vague fear, and looked at my palm-it was naked, though there had been a pair of wedding rings there before. But now it was gone. I looked at myself in the mirror, and there I saw a haggard creature that had long since forgotten about hygiene. Only the big meaningless eyes from under the visor of my cap were the same, and there was nothing else in the mirror. I drank another glass of bourbon and stood up. I walked shakily out of the club, took a deep breath, I turned around and looked at the sign, and memories flashed before my eyes, because I had once been married, happy, but my marriage was ruined by alcohol, damn it, I had once been in love! Screaming at the top of my lungs: "I AIN'T EVER COMING BACK HERE, MOTHERFUCKERS! "I jumped into my sports car, while I started the engine, I heard a distant voice of the guards: "Yeah, he says that every night" and wild laughter accompanied me on my way.
