The AyaHQ x Lisk Incubation Program is a bold initiative designed to elevate African Onchain builders and launch them into the global market, helping to refine their ideas and bring their vision to life. For many of the participants in Cohort 1, the journey started with vague or undeveloped ideas. However, as they progressed through the program, they gained more clarity, direction, and purpose for their projects.

Through our partnership with Lisk, we are proud to say that we are helping to bring African Onchain builders into the spotlight, providing them with the resources and knowledge needed to thrive on the global stage.

📍Program Objectives:

The AyaHQ x Lisk Incubation Program was designed with a set of key objectives to foster innovation, support Web3 adoption, and drive long-term impact across Africa

  • Promote the deployment of Web3 solutions on the Lisk L2, expanding the reach of decentralized technologies.

  • Provide comprehensive business and technical support to high-potential African startups, helping them develop viable solutions and market-ready products.

📍Program Structure:

The incubation program is divided into two core phases, running over the course of 14 weeks:

  1. Phase 1: Idea Validation (Weeks 1–5): This phase focuses on refining ideas, validating the core concepts, and laying the groundwork for project development. During these five weeks, participants engage in workshops, technical training, and business development sessions that guide them in developing their product ideas into something concrete and scalable.

  2. Phase 2: Scaling & Go-To-Market (Weeks 6–14): The second phase is about taking the projects to the next level. Participants continue to build their projects while receiving in-depth technical support and business mentorship. The program culminates in a Project Showcase & Pitching Day, where founders present their projects to a panel of investors, industry experts, and the community.
