I continued making some addons and changes to the strategic management template for assessing decentralization, some were based on input from yesterday’s release.

I participated in an EUCI-call regarding Transfer of Funds Regulation and MICA.

We all hope this will be passed before 30 June 2022 as the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union ends on that date.

Mechanical seagulls

Oh, and in Østerbro in Copenhagen, they just had some issues with noisy seagulls terrorizing the neighborhood. Some morons from the municipality then had the idea of putting out mechanical seagulls to scare away the live ones by making electronic seagull screams … (you heard me right) After that move, the municipality got so many complaints about noise now coming from the mechanical seagulls, that they had to remove them again.

This is a great example of the cure being worse than the disease!
