The $LAMBOW team continue to turn up every day and execute on the strategy. As an agile team of marketers, designers, animators and motion designers, we are focussed on high-impact activities only and adapting what we're doing on a daily basis to drive maximum impact.
The big shift this week is leaning into the expertise we have in building multiple 8-figure companies in the real world. We are seasoned entrepreneurs and will be leveraging our significant experience and adapting the $LAMBOW narrative to being the memecoin for entrepreneurs and builders.
Lambo culture in crypto is strong (ie 'wen lambo') but it is equally as strong in the entrepreneurship space - everyone wants to buy a lambo when they 'make it'. That being said, we will focus our content around making money, building businesses, entrepreneur life, mindset etc as well as continuing to focus on crypto content as well.
The entrepreneur market on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram is significant.

We like what Ponke has done with content around degen crypto gamblers and are aiming to to do the same with entrepreneur and hustle culture.

Launched the collaboration with LFGO - we are hosting an X spaces on 7 August at 1PM UTC on The Future of Memecoins and will be sharing co-branded artwork across both of our social profiles leading up to the event.
We have found a few suppliers of merch and are getting the first sample in the next 1-2 weeks (shipping and delivery times are slow). We will be trialing a few different suppliers to make sure we have the highest quality merch on the market.
We have been working on a Shopify store for the merch. We will likely be doing drops instead of having products always available to buy.
We have been brainstorming the best way to launch NFTs on Base to get Coinbase's attention.

We are in constant discussions with various KOLs to find the ones that best align with our ethos and long-term vision.
We are looking for crypto content creators through the TikTok Creator Marketplace to talk about the $LAMBOW project. We will be looking to amplify their posts through TikTok Spark Ads.
We tested a wallet-based outreach service to send a message to whales that hold between $1M and $2M of $BRETT (approximately 100 of them). Pending success, we will scale this up.
