The Transition Council has produced a Codex which will replace the previous BanklessDAO Constitution as the governance document for the Black Flag DAO community.

DAO members can check this Forum post to review the text of the Codex and give feedback on areas that may need further refinement. The review period extends through April 7.

A few members suggested we ask AI tools for feedback on the Codex, specifically for areas which may need clarification. This was a useful exercise, with Grok and ChattieG both providing points we we're likely to incorporate.

Version 1 of the Codex will be finalized next week, after which the Transition Council will hold Flag Keeper elections. After nearly a year, the Transition Council will have concluded its work, and we can all get back to what's important: vibing, thriving, and exploring the familiar, strange place that we call web3.
