Receiving the A3 Award from the Decentralized Pictures (DCP) was a massive catalyst for the creation of the BizarreBeastds animated series. I've published a BizarreBeasts: DCP Impact Report, which expands on how the partnership with the DCP Foundation accelerated the project's trajectory, helped me scale the business, and provided the resources to bring this animated series to life.

Decentralized Pictures Foundation (DCP) is a nonprofit organization founded by Roman Coppola, Leo Matchett, and Michael Musante. DCP operates a community-powered, onchain platform that supports emerging filmmakers through transparent, community-voted funding and a circular creative economy. DCP+, the foundation's forthcoming streaming platform, is designed around fairness, transparency, and creative ownership for independent creators.
The A3 Startup Award provided is DCP's flagship creator grant, awarded in partnership with the Arts3 Foundation. BizarreBeasts is a 2025 recipient of the $100,000 A3 Startup Award.

I'm the artist, animator, and builder behind BizarreBeasts ($BB), creating a universe where art and web3 technology converge. This is where everything I am intersects: a lifelong artist captivated by darkly humorous outsider art, a creative entrepreneur, a self-taught builder who coded 12 original games and a fully onchain miniapp from scratch, a musician performing original soundtracks, and a true BIZARRE believer in decentralized creativity.
This project was born from a vision of what's possible when an artist fully owns their creative universe, exploring the opportunities and economies that web3 enables to build a legacy of creativity and freedom for myself and the BizarreBeasts community.
In early 2026, I walked away from a six-figure corporate position to build BizarreBeasts full-time. BizarreBeasts is an Arts3 Foundation A3 Startup Award recipient, earning $100K in funding for an original animated series currently in production for release on DCP+, the streaming platform empowering independent creators from Decentralized Pictures.
