Do You Think the world is moving too fast?

I mean every corner you turn, or at least 2 of every 15 people you meet, someone is evangelising about tech.

Whatever anyway, let us talk about the issue of making a choice. I mean it is not just making a choice, but making it fast. 

You know, When people ask me what they should do to make a good decision, I tell them to do what they have always dreamed about or love doing the most. Using that motive it is always easy to make the right decision…

and you will have to make it quick!

WHEN YOU DECIDE TO DO IT,JUST DO IT

Why, what’s the urgency here? It is the “Cognitive Load Theory” stuff. When we are exposed to too much information, the brain becomes overloaded, and that stuff can mess with quick decision-making. You start to feel like MUMU. 

I mean I have experienced this repeatedly. I don’t want that for you, and that’s why I am sharing this knowledge with you like friends always do.

It is  Too Hard to Spend Money on the Right thing, and that is scary for your growth

For example, you might spend weeks learning Data Analytics. Then, out of nowhere, you hear an amazing story about someone killing it in Software Engineering. Suddenly, you’re thinking, "Maybe that’s the path I should be on!" But a few weeks later, the excitement wears off, and you’re right back at square one.

Impatient decisions lead to spending money on things that don’t deliver results, leaving you frustrated and unfocused. That's desperation calling you…don’t fall for it.

I Stopped Trying every Good Thing, When will you Stop?

The funny thing is, this year, I stopped trying every good thing I heard about. I mean It is good to learn a tech skill, but what about learning to have the discipline to learn ONE THING and being good at it?

When you become scared or you lose hope, the negative thoughts stick. And if you are not careful, it does for good.

So, I ask myself, "Self, what is that information I will share with our  friends to encourage them to make that decision as quickly as possible? 

You Must Starve
To Spend Your Money
On Some Particular Thing!

When you decide on the tech skill you want to learn, my friend, you will have to invest in yourself by spending that money. 

If you don’t, maybe your bad habits(and yes, everyone has a bad habit) will take all of it or things that don’t matter at this point will chop it.

 Innovate or evaporate

At this point, as your friend and invisible cheerleader, you will have to innovate means to be part of the global tech family. I mean there are many opportunities waiting for you.

You will need to: 

Stick to one Thing.

Have a purpose that drives you.

Find a mentor within the industry. A reachable mentor, not Fantasy.

Do It. Just start.

It will get messy at some point, but you have to do it anyway.

If you don’t, who will? Because I won’t do it for you. I am invisible, remember? Lol
