As of today it's been officially 2 years of $BREAD distribution. 24 months of onchain solidarity economics where YOU have been a central, pivotal factor of success.
This entire network is only made possible because of the $BREAD holders all over the world who have stood by us. Despite the challenges and market shocks, we've broadened our scope as an organisation and grown our numbers: all in pursuit of deploying technology to benefit the many.
2 years is a lifetime in crypto and we're not going anywhere. Here's to many more distribution cycles to come! For now, let's get into the deets on cycle #24.
We marked our landmark 24th distribution with 1,495 $BREAD going to projects according to the wishes of our community.
The $BREAD Solidarity Fund enables the support of causes without giving away your money. The whole system operates on yield, similar to interest in a savings account.
Each month we distribute the yield to the 8 member projects which you can see below.
Half the yield gets split equally among all partners, and the other half gets voted on by $BREAD holders. The more $BREAD you hold, the more yield you generate, and the larger say you have in where it goes.
