Bright Moments is going around the world in 10,000 NFTs, minting 1,000 new CryptoCitizens in 10 cities. In every city we airdrop ⅓ of our CryptoCitizens to existing holders. Venezia is our 10th and final city, and this is the last Citizen airdrop that will be conducted before the collection is fully minted out.

This process is conducted via a provably fair process we call our Random Collector Selector.

The snapshot results and CryptoVenezian airdrop claim is now available on the Bright Moments portal. Winners must claim their appointments on the portal and attend IRL or send a delegate to receive their Citizen. Wallets who claim but do not check in during the event will be marked as no shows and their appointments will be voided.

The waitlist draw took place during block 55488105 on the Polygon network on April 5th.

A snapshot of the wallets that joined the waitlist was indexed from 1-4,562 [1] and uploaded to IPFS under the following hash

Using Chainlink Verified Random Function, 1,000 random numbers between 1 and 4,562 were generated. The output can be found under Logs here:

From the output of 1,000 randomly generated numbers, we mapped them to the index number for each CryptoCitizens, removed all duplicate CryptoCitizen tokens and wallets [2], and removed several wallets linked to asset wallets that had won during the initial drawing, leaving 216 unique numbers. The first 112 unique random numbers are winners of CryptoVenezian minting reservations.

Wallet

The March 20th airdrop used our Random Collector Selector (RCS) smart contract via Chainlink to determine winners. The following steps were taken to select the 333 CryptoCitizens eligible for minting reservations.

A snapshot of all wallets holding CryptoCitizens was taken on March 19th.

The list of all wallets holding CryptoCitizens was indexed from 1 to 20,952 [1] and then uploaded to IPFS under the following hash QmPsEkHsYbeqhVBR4iQzSpFjNNKyf6PcbHp6JGHC92BGr1.

Using Chainlink Verified Random Function, 1,000 random numbers between 1 and 20,952 were generated. The output can be found under Logs here:

From the output of 1,000 randomly generated numbers, we mapped them to the index number for each CryptoCitizens from step 2 and removed all duplicate CryptoCitizen tokens. Stolen CryptoVenetians were removed from this list, leaving 940 unique numbers. The first 333 unique random numbers are winners of CryptoVenezian minting reservations.

[1] The index is larger than the number of minted CryptoCitizens due to the multiplier passed in BRT-23: Increase airdrop odds for Full Set and Ultra Full Set holders. To calculate the probability, we gave all Citizens included in an Ultra Full Set an extra entry in the raffle, and every Citizen included in a Full Set (but not already included in an Ultra Full Set) an extra 1/2 entry. These additional entries brought the total number of entries to 20,952, where the base number of entries for holding one Citizen is 2.
