With the incoming builder residents' proposal up for vote, it is a good time to recap improvements, bug fixes, and features deployed for the Builder DAO community to use. In this newly added section of the Builder Buzz newsletter, you will get a run down of product updates and what to watch out for.

Escrow proposals and propdates are now available on nouns.build and testnet.nouns.build. As DAOs start using the feature and we receive feedback, we will enhance the user experience where possible and provide support. First things on the list is introducing milestone tagging for Propdates and supporting DAOs to delegate milestone releases.
The technical integration of the smart escrow contracts was completed last week. You can now select the "Escrow Milestone" proposal type from the proposal menu on the nouns.build app. If you're unsure how to use it on your DAO or what exactly to add on an escrow proposal, you can consult the updated documentation:
There is also a recorded walkthrough available here.
Once executed, your milestones show up on the main proposal page and look something like this. If you have the permissions to execute, you will also see a release button.
Anyone can now post a propdate or comment on proposals. Note: Only Propdates by DAO members are shown by default. To see all Propdates, click on "All Propdates". A dedicated user guide is available here.
"Vote submitted" modal can now be dismissed.

Escrow proposals and propdates are now available on nouns.build and testnet.nouns.build. As DAOs start using the feature and we receive feedback, we will enhance the user experience where possible and provide support. First things on the list is introducing milestone tagging for Propdates and supporting DAOs to delegate milestone releases.
The technical integration of the smart escrow contracts was completed last week. You can now select the "Escrow Milestone" proposal type from the proposal menu on the nouns.build app. If you're unsure how to use it on your DAO or what exactly to add on an escrow proposal, you can consult the updated documentation:

Once executed, your milestones show up on the main proposal page and look something like this. If you have the permissions to execute, you will also see a release button.
Anyone can now post a propdate or comment on proposals. Note: Only Propdates by DAO members are shown by default. To see all Propdates, click on "All Propdates". A dedicated user guide is available here.
