It is reported that among the 219 key projects, the atmosphere includes 120 projects in eight categories, the water includes 66 Projects in three categories, the soil includes 23 projects in five categories, and the noise includes 10 projects.

In terms of water, 66 key projects in three categories, including 29 infrastructure construction, are laid out in nine aspects: River basin ecological environment improvement, ensuring drinking water safety, infrastructure construction, water resources protection, water ecological protection and restoration, water pollution prevention and control in industrial parks, agricultural pollution source treatment, traffic pollution prevention and control, and monitoring and supervision capacity; 23 categories of water resources and water ecology; There are 14 categories to improve the ability of water environment supervision.

In terms of soil, we will strictly manage the access of construction land, promote a new round of rural environmental improvement, continue to strengthen the supervision of key regulatory units, and steadily promote soil control and remediation. There are 23 key projects in 5 categories, including 10 soil pollution prevention and control; 2 for groundwater ecological environment protection; 2 agricultural and rural environmental governance; 7 natural ecological protection; 2 solid waste disposal projects.

In terms of noise, we have comprehensively strengthened the prevention and control of noise pollution in the fields of industry, construction, transportation and social life, optimized the noise monitoring network, carried out the establishment of noise control demonstration areas, and paved 10 key projects, including the preparation of sound environment quality improvement plans, noise pollution remediation projects in the charge of various departments, parks, districts, counties and municipal governments, etc.

It is reported that Changsha Ecological and environmental protection committee will give full play to the role of unified dispatching and integrated promotion of ecological and environmental protection, and unite the joint efforts of joint management. Pay close attention to the feedback and assigned problems of the central and Provincial Ecological and environmental protection inspectors and “looking back”, implement the provisions on the responsibility of ecological and environmental protection in Changsha and the measures for accountability of major ecological and environmental problems (events) in Changsha, refine the measures and schemes, and strengthen supervision and guidance.
