Given that every single project which appears on the Launchpad goes through extensive quality assurances and a multi-month-long incubation period by ChainGPT team, a tiered access system has been set up in order to help vet community members that genuinely desire to become early-stage investors.

Enrollment into Launchpad

As mentioned in our “Introduction & Breakdown” post, qualifying to become a member of the launchpad requires that users satisfy two simple criteria:

🥩 Staking :

Staking is a form of signaling socioeconoimc commitment, by committing $CGPT tokens users are highlighting their intentions and in return unlocking the full spectrum of utilities our project offers.

The central point of participation in the launchpad is staking the $CGPT tokens in order to accrue points and be placed into a Tier.

1 staked $CGPT = 1 tier point

$CGPT staking is modularized into four pools based on a time frame. Each pool provides its own point multiplier that scales up based on the duration. As is the case with many governance systems, the longer a time that tokens are staked for, the more they amplify the power of the user within an ecosystem.

Therefore, each stake pool duration will bring its own point multiplier:

45 days = 1x points multiplier
90 days = 1.3x points multiplier
180 days = 1.5x points multiplier
365 days = 2x points multiplier

By default, staking will automatically provide users with the foundational benefits of access to the ChainGPT AI toolkit and yield on their $CGPT.

Point System:

The Point system is a method of calculating the impact a user’s stake has on their participation.

Points within the tier system act as a mechanism to track the degree of a user’s commitment/reputation within the ChainGPT ecosystem and attribute accurate amplification weights to the staking user’s allocation rights.

In an attempt to retain maximal simplicity and efficiency, points are calculated by taking the amount of tokens staked and multiplying them by the stake pool

Total $CGPT tokens staked * the pool multiplier = Tier Points

1 staked $CGPT = 1 tier point

If a user stakes 1,000 $CGPT into 45-day pool, they have 1,000 Tier points
If a user stakes 1,000 $CGPT into 90 day pool, they have 1,300 Tier points
If a user stakes 1,000 $CGPT into 180 day pool, they have 1,500 Tier points
If a user stakes 1,000 $CGPT into 365-day pool, they have 2,000 Tier points

Tier System:

There are four different tier levels in the ChainGPT Launchpad, bronze, silver, gold, and diamond. Every tier has its own distinct benefits.

🥉 Bronze 🥉

This is the entry-level tier designed specifically for users that have limited capital capacities.

Points Required: >2,000+
Pool Weight: 1x Allocation Multiplier
Refund Eligibility: Yes, 100%
Participation rounds: #2 (FCFS)

Participation in the first round is not guaranteed to all bronze tier members. Select, limited groups of bronze users that complete social tasks will be given access to participation in the first round of allocation. Social campaign will be initiated through gleam.io and provide whitelisted opportunities to participants.

🥈 Silver 🥈

Silver is the second level tier and the first one that provides guaranteed access to the first round of participation in IDOs.

Points Required: 20,000+
Pool Weight: Minimum 4x Allocation Multiplier
Refund Eligibility: Yes, 100%

💎Diamond 💎

Note on Tier Allocation Multiplier

Bronze Tier multiplier is fixed at 1x for all participants, regardless of whether they have 2,000 points or 10,000 points.

However in the upper three tiers of Silver, Gold, and Diamond; multipliers are scaled proportionately within their according tier ranges according to the size of the stake/amount of points and the relative positioning of those points leading up to the next tier.

Examples of two people in 🥈 Silver tier:

Bobby has exactly 20,000 points from staking, his multiplier is 4x.
Sally has 35,000 points from staking, her multiplier is 7x.

Examples of two people in 🥇Gold tier:

Robert has exactly 50,000 points from staking, his multiplier is 10x.
Georgette has 100,000 points from staking, her multiplier is 20x.

Examples of two people in 💎 Diamond tier:

Garry has exactly 200,000 points from staking, his multiplier is 40x.
Elizabeth has 400,000 points from staking, her multiplier might be 50x.

Due to the theoretically limitless capacity of a Diamond Tier staker, the multiplier is correlated logarithmically based on the final outcome of each IDO.
