According to the notice of the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council on printing and distributing the opinions on promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education (ZBF [2021] No. 43) The notice of the State Council on printing and distributing the implementation plan of the national vocational education reform (GF [2019] No. 4) and the opinions of the Ministry of education and Shandong Provincial People’s Government on promoting the improvement of quality and excellence in the whole province and building a highland for the innovative development of Vocational Education (lzf [2020] No. 3) and other documents are refined. After research, it is determined that the vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges will be connected with the pilot schools, majors and enrollment scale of segmented training in 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

2、 Enrollment scope and qualification

The scope of enrollment in the “3 + 2” through training stage of higher vocational education is candidates who participate in the unified college entrance examination of Shandong Province in the summer of 2022 and whose college entrance examination scores are no less than 50 points below the first section of the general category in our province.

The enrollment scope of the “3 + 4” through training secondary vocational school stage is the fresh junior middle school graduates who participate in the junior middle school academic level examination in the cities divided into districts. The school registration place is the city where they are located, and the junior middle school academic level examination scores rank among the top 55% of the students enrolled in the senior high school in the city where they are located, and the examination subjects of non examination subjects are above qualified. If the scores of the junior middle school academic level examination are presented in scores, they shall be calculated according to the total score of each subject. If they are presented in grades or “scores + grades”, the registration qualification shall be determined by each city according to the proportion of the top 55%. In the process of enrollment, cities with insufficient students should report to our department in time, and our department will adjust to cities with sufficient students to arrange enrollment.

3、 Admission

The admission of “3 + 2” through training candidates is uniformly organized by the provincial education enrollment and examination institute. Candidates fill in volunteers in the regular batch of general categories, and higher vocational colleges will admit and go through the admission procedures according to the admission rules of the college entrance examination.

The admission of “3 + 4” through training candidates is under the unified leadership of the Municipal Education (education and sports) bureau and organized and implemented by the municipal education enrollment and examination institutions divided into districts through the unified admission platform of high school examination and enrollment in each city. The enrollment of “3 + 4” through training shall be carried out before the admission of ordinary high schools. Within the published plan, students who meet the specified requirements shall be admitted according to the junior high school academic level examination results and comprehensive quality evaluation results. After no objection is made to the publicity, they shall be reported to the provincial education enrollment examination institute for review and go through the admission procedures.
