As we advance with DeTrip, we recognize the need for a dedicated token and an updated tokenomics model to support our long-term vision. To streamline token management and focus our efforts, we have decided to retire the $MoFi token. All existing $MoFi token holders will be able to swap their tokens for our new $TRIP tokens at the snapshot price.
Below are a few important events to keep in mind:
Pause of $MoFi Token Trading (December 1st, 2024)
In collaboration with our partner Gate.io and market-making partners, we will officially delist the $MoFi token from Gate.io and Uniswap at 12:00 AM on December 1st, 2024. Please ensure you withdraw your tokens from Gate.io to your personal wallet, as there will be no automatic swap from Gate.io. A snapshot will be taken to record the price of the $MoFi token, which will be used for the token swap to the new $TRIP token.
Token Swap Between $MoFi and $TRIP
Existing $MoFi holders will be able to swap their $MoFi tokens for $TRIP tokens at the same rate. For example, if the $MoFi price is $0.002 at 12:00 AM on December 1st, 2024, all $MoFi holders can swap their tokens for $TRIP tokens at snapshot price rate (and the new $TRIP token will be listed at similar price). We will provide a period of time for existing users to complete the swap before the public listing of the $TRIP token. However, please note that the price of the $TRIP token may become volatile after listing on exchanges, and the team cannot guarantee that everyone will be able to swap at the exact 1:1 rate thereafter.

Listing of the New $TRIP Token
The $TRIP token contract is currently undergoing auditing. Once ready, we will launch the token within our ecosystem without adding liquidity or enabling the transfer function. In other words, you will not be able to trade the token yet. However, we will conduct airdrops and offer token rewards through various events to incentivize early usage of our services.
