After a very successful launch, we at Diecast Racer are now looking to the future.
We are very happy to have a core community with us here at ground floor, and can assure everyone that this is only the start!
We are already planning for the future, and that means bigger & better EVERYTHING!
We currently have our prototype track, Blockchain Mountain, that we have successfully run a number of races on.
We will continue to race on this track & refine our livestream broadcast format.
Our aim is to continue running regular, weekly races featuring our ever-growing stable of customized meme project cars.
Run a total of 3 x Race Nights successfully
Run a total of 5 successful Full Races with 4 x Full Races run back-to-back over two events
Betting has been successfully implemented, running in tandem with our livestream broadcasts
Work has been done on refining and improving the broadcast format
We aim to continue building our community through our regular weekly race broadcasts, attracting more and more users to Diecast Racer over time.
-Development has begun on a TG DCR dAPP stats bot to automatically update the chat with important & relevant dAPP/betting statistics & information.
We will commence with development work on a new, high-end track & appropriate facilities to expand into.
In order to achieve this, we will be looking at the following over the next few days/weeks:
renting adequate warehouse space for new tracks/post production facilities/work environment
hiring professional miniature model builders/agency to achieve a high-end finish to our new, large scale, high-end track, with longer race durations
hiring professional fine artists to paint our figurines/cars to a high-end finish
hiring an design agency to upgrade our media design work for socials & marketing etc
upgrading our post production & livestream switching facilities, camera equipment
hire additional camera crew & post crew as required
Our product model allows for the potential for numerous & varied partnerships. A deeper level of collaboration is something we seek with each project we make a car for. Collectively, building together as a Base ecosystem, is the best route forward.
As such, we feel that we can potentially offer a fun & informative platform for other Base projects to participate in.
Some ideas include-
AMA space to discuss ones project on our livestream, featuring any socials or media content that we can broadcast. A brief summary of the featured project from a chosen representative would be followed by a fun live commentary whilst watching their cars race
Customized Hot Wheels cars for projects, we currently have a number of available examples
Content generation for social media
3D printed models of projects mascots or logos
In-track billboards & other fun "product" placement opportunities
Potentially limited NFTs
Open to building together & collaborating
At this stage of our growth, the best way forward is to keep building and improving on the "proof of concept" we currently have. Regular updates of progress on the various elements involved in our next phases will be shared with the community.
We also encourage the community to share any ideas they may have that we can implement during this development phase.
Whilst we begin with implementing plans for our next phase of building, we will continue to run regular races each week on our prototype track, Blockchain Mountain, with our ever growing stable of Base meme coin cars. Each Race event, users will be able to keep betting on our working betting dapp.
So, long story short, we are just getting started!
