First thank you for reading! Second hi my name is Marcus Safer, however, I never liked the name Marcus and so I built Frankie Styles over the last 10+ years. Testing out various naming ways. I am what many would call Multi - Hyphenate. That reason being that I am a Music Producer, Songwriter, Singer ( in the shower and for homework currently but Manifestation), DJ, Engineer, and you get the point. I can do a lot which is both good and bad, But lets not get into that. I am an Independent artist who has always been with current technology. So it only makes sense for me to push my self into being a Web3 Artist.
So this question is both complex and simple. The simple answer, I would rather risk it and be wrong than to not and be right. Meaning I would rather risk web3 not being what we think and being wrong and will still have a method behind me than to be right about web3 being the best path and not taking the risk to pursue it. As an independent artist who has had fluctuations of streaming numbers its not a way to make a living without a proper Machine behind you.
The complex answer, Web3 allows artist to be artist and not pushed into a genre or a box which is anti-art. Ive pushed my self as a genre-less artist because I love music not just one genre. Web2 relies on playlist and marketing strategies that cost more than you will probably make back from all of it. Not counting , Artist for Cover art, engineer, master, upload fees potentially. Where web3 you can actually build a collective of people and just split the profits you all decide on and be able to not have to use up front cost and will have a team to push products out easier. While with blockchain you also don’t have to rely on waiting for your royalties they will be transferred automatically. While I want to give every reason I will be showing you over the course of time how it all will make being an artist easier.
So if you ever see daily Vlogs, or anything done on a daily or in real time you see that you will be forced to do something and because you not only love it but want to make something of it you will push for it. So I decided the best way to Learn the ways of Web3 while also being able to have a laid out Blueprint day by day is to just write it down here. So I will have daily task that will build up towards weekly task and monthly. Along with making goals for my self artist wise and Web3 wise. So I listened to a podcast with CoopahTroopa where I just said I am gonna not only be a Web3 artist but I am gonna do my best to make it easy for others to become one so lets’ make a manifesto.
I decided to merge these to since i accidentally touched on them above. So the main place i believe will be here. Now that doesn’t mean i wont be somewhere else but for sure i will make Mirror the main, i might try substack not sure the difference there. I think thats based on actual news letters and not someone who is just writing a diary to no one. Depending on the want after a while I may make a podcast i should probably secure the name for that ASAP but that would be a weekly thing and not daily. The when like i said i will do Mirror daily which i think i might even be able to do audio on here so then some days i can do audio.
min 7 per for now all do not have to be Web3. Remember we are becoming a Web3 artist so some have to include making the art.

Read a newsletter from someone in web3
Find new NFTs to Mint
Active in Discord Chats
Speak to a new person in the space without shilling? (ill just say promoting my stuff. idk the lingo fully)
Find ways to organically build an audience on all platforms without using ads
Write a Verse and Melody (sounds easier than it is)
Find 5 artist to spotlight in a Manifesto along with 5 News letters and 5 apps or platforms
Release a Free NFT of a Web2 release once those are done release NFTs that are not free but not weekly
Make Music NFT content that cant continue to bridge the gap
Have a demo Song Done
Encourage more to share music with you
Workout 5 times
Work on Singing and expand range
Finish 3 songs a month ( Proof will be in discord which i will have Token Gated )
Find a place to onboard music with in the space
Find new Utility that can be useful for your projects
Create tweet threads that help people navigate areas you found diffifcult
Work on side projects with others
Lose 7-9 pounds
Mini writer camps with small groups or solo at a beach
Be able to say I helped bring over Web2 Artist
Own a Label that builds Web3 artist from the ground up
Become a Curator for brands that want to bridge into Web3
Host events where all web3 artist are performing
Have a team of people with aligned goals
Build an incubator with Icon Collective (current school) for bridge artist into web3
Release multiple NFT albums that can show up with Charts for Plaques
Now yes some of these you may thing what does this have to do with Web3. Well without proper lifestyle choices we cant create to the best of our abilities. In order to be a well rounded artist you have to be a well rounded person through health and wellness also.
