The Doginal Dogs community has never been short on creativity or momentum, but one of its key players — Yellow DAO (YDAO) — is starting to stand out as a force shaping its future. With a successful fundraising round, expanding affiliate network, and a brand-new badge initiative, YDAO is signalling its intent to deepen both its influence and its cultural footprint.

Back in May 2025, YDAO secured 135,200 DOGE in its first fundraising effort, structured under the framework of DAO Proposal 1. The distribution was deliberate:

• 80% (108,160 DOGE) allocated to the main DAO wallet

• 20% (27,040 DOGE) preserved for reserves

Rather than letting the funds sit idle, YDAO moved decisively by acquiring 10 Doginal Dogs NFTs. That bet has already paid off — the collection has appreciated by nearly 50%, strengthening the DAO’s long-term treasury and positioning it as a more influential stakeholder in the wider ecosystem.

The DAO’s growth is not just financial. Around 30 badged affiliates now represent YDAO across X, ranging from artists and builders to entrepreneurs and investors. This diverse collective plays an important role in spreading Doginal Dogs culture, amplifying the community’s voice well beyond its core channels.

On 20 September 2025, YDAO unveiled its newest project: the YDAO Daily Badge. This recognition is designed to highlight standout creators in the Doginal Dogs universe, with automatic approval granted to holders of Yellow Background Doginal Dogs.

The initiative also opens the door for interviews with applicants — a chance for builders, storytellers, and artists to share their work with the wider community. To reinforce commitment, all applicants (including current badge holders and Yellow Background owners) must participate in a fundraising window set for 1–22 October 2025.

YDAO is planning live Spaces on X throughout the process, giving the community a chance to engage directly and watch decisions unfold in real time.
