Started the day right!
Went for MMA training in the morning, sparred against three people who had boxing experience and since this was my first experience fighting, I had it rough. The first guy I fought kept hitting my stomach and at one point he hit me on the balls. I got pissed and threw a few punches at him but it wasn’t too hurtful and soon enough the time was up. I vowed to beat this guy next week. The next guy I fought was my coach and he kept saying my attacks are weak to provoke me to hit him harder. I liked this fight mainly because I didn’t get as much beaten lol.
The third fight was against a pro boxer but he was told to go easy on me. When I fought him I felt more thrill and he kept throwing good face punches at me that was hard for me to block. And at the end, he sent a hard flying shot to my lower jaw and that shook my brain. I still have a headache from that punch.
After the entire fiasco, I came back to the hostel to get ready for classes. I attended my first class and took a break.
I had a very normal afternoon till I went to the research and development block to get a drawing tablet for myself.
By mistake, I met a lab assistant that I helped out months ago with his video editing work. I crossed him in the R&D block and he gave me a video editing task again. I’d say he wasted 2h of my time for pretty much no reason.
After yet another fiasco, I decided to text my crush to meet up and she says she has some event that she has to broadcast live on YouTube. I offered to help just to be able to spend some real quality time with her alone and use the cameras too of course.
I approach her, follow her around and we finally get to the venue of the event. We set out the cameras and the related equipment like a tripod, mic, etc. After everything was done, she goes to the main station and kept me stuck to another camera at another station. The event turned out to be very boring and I had to sit there and record for at least 90 mins. Quite annoyed that I didn’t get much time to spend with her alone, I leave the place abruptly to attend my final class of the day. Well, that was the final fiasco of my day.
Entered class, and attended for about 30 mins, realized the punch in my face while sparring caused me more headaches so I went back to my room to sleep.
Slept for an hour before getting disturbed by an idiot of a friend. I don’t want to complain though because the nap was enough to get rid of my headache.
After waking up, I watched a documentary on Netflix called “Get smart with money”. Took some valuable lessons out of it and now I’m writing this blog. Next, I just plan to design a bit before sleeping.
That brings us to the end of today’s fiasco and I’ll see you all tomorrow. Make sure to collect this blog to show me some support!
