Hangzhou Binjiang sends out health tips, and the low-risk areas in the province can return to the shore with green code

At the end of the Spring Festival holiday, our district has ushered in the peak of people returning to shore. In order to carefully implement various measures for epidemic prevention and control, deepen and consolidate the continuous good epidemic prevention and control situation, and protect the people’s life and health, we now issue special health instructions to the people returning to shore and all citizens.

01

How to return to shore

[inter provincial return to shore] in terms of epidemic prevention and control for returning residents after the Spring Festival holiday, in view of the fact that the epidemic still exists throughout the country, the policies for returning residents can be divided into three situations:

The first is that people who come to and return to shore from provinces without epidemic disease can normally come to and return to shore with Hangzhou health code green code and travel card inspection.

The second kind of personnel who come to and return to shore from low-risk areas in provinces where the epidemic occurs (except Zhejiang Province) must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

The third situation is divided into two levels: one is to implement the “14 + 7” management measures for the inbound and outbound personnel designated in the medium and high-risk areas, and the other is to implement the “2 + 14” management measures for the towns and streets where the medium and high-risk areas are located (not within the designated areas) and the inbound and outbound personnel within the published designated areas, that is, the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and 14 days of health monitoring.

[return to shore in the province] return to shore in low-risk areas in the province, green code is enough; All districts and counties (cities) in Hangzhou are mobile, and green code is enough.

02

Strengthen personal protection and return to shore healthily

During the journey, we should always do a good job in personal protection, adhere to wearing masks, washing hands frequently, eating in a civilized manner, observe the one meter line, cover with paper towels or elbows and arms when coughing and sneezing, and develop good personal hygiene habits.

03

Take the initiative to report the itinerary and accept health management

Those who come to and return to shore, especially those from provinces with epidemic situation, those who have a history of living in the city where the local positive infected person is located, or those who overlap or coincide with the announced itinerary of the local positive infected person who has been reported in China, must take the initiative to report to the community, unit or hotel immediately after arriving in shore, and cooperate with the implementation of health management measures. Under the premise of strict control of the epidemic situation, in order to ensure the orderly commencement of enterprises after the festival, the staff from other provinces should cooperate to do a nucleic acid test before taking office.

04

Observe epidemic prevention regulations and reduce personnel gathering

Everyone is responsible for epidemic prevention and control, and health management starts from me. Please do a good job of self-health monitoring after arriving at the shore. Gather less and don’t get together, reduce unnecessary dinner parties, and “scan code, measure temperature and wear masks” in and out of public places. In case of fever, cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms, timely go to the fever clinic of medical institutions under the condition of personal protection, truthfully report the travel history and personnel contact, cooperate with epidemiological investigation, conduct nuclear acid test as soon as possible, and do not travel by public transport.
