The fifth edition of the longest-running recurring hackathon in the same city in Europe is taking place in Prague’s Municipal House (Obecní dům). While our speakers will take over the stages in cozy and beautiful Art Nouveau halls throughout the building, the builders will take over the magnificent Smetana Hall.

A space where Czech history has been written will now host some of the greatest hackers as they build the future of the world.

About the Hackathon

We start on May 8 at 12 PM, and the final whistle goes out on Sunday, May 10 at 12 PM.

There will be plenty of space for you to hack, eat, chill, socialize, or even take a nap. A friendly reminder that a fresh mind delivers the best results, and we recommend you to find some place to sleep at.

You may apply individually, but expect to join a team (min. 2 – max. 6 members) to submit a project. Don’t worry, we’ll help you find your team and maybe even meet friends for a lifetime.

We’ve set up a Telegram group chat for this purpose (which opens only to confirmed hackers) and are organizing side events before the hackathon so you can meet IRL. We’re putting together a Hacker Coffee meetup on the 7th so make sure to land in Prague on the 6th or 7th
