With the consent of Jilin provincial government, the relevant measures are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Orderly restoration of commercial premises

2、 Promote post epidemic market recovery

3、 Adapt to the new consumption needs of residents after the epidemic

4、 Strengthen finance, taxation and finance to boost consumption

5、 We will intensify efforts to help enterprises in their plight

All regions and departments should coordinate the implementation of relevant measures, ensure the full implementation and efficient transmission of various policies and measures, and effectively promote the replenishment of consumption and the release of potential. We should grasp the timing and effectiveness of the policy, pay close attention to the publicity and implementation of the policy, ensure that the policy reaches enterprises and various market entities, and get through the “last mile” of policy implementation.
