Mr. Zhang’s name is Zhang zongru. He is 86 years old this year. His family lives on the first floor. Because the garbage can for garbage sorting is at the intersection diagonally opposite his home, he can often see Chen Lanping dragging the garbage can to take out the garbage.

“Chen Lanping lives in building 4. His father and I used to work together. He was born when he built the Lanzhou Xinjiang Railway. For a long time, I thought his name was Chen Lanxin. When the younger generation got married, they didn’t live much in the yard, but they often saw him help clean and take out the garbage. They also often said hello to our old people. He was very nice.” Mr. Zhang said and gave a thumbs up.

Gao Yan, a property worker in the community, said: “master Chen lives in building 4. We are neighbors. He is a delivery clerk. He goes to work by bike at more than 4 a.m. every day. When he comes back, he helps take out the garbage after cleaning my yard. He is really good.”

Subsequently, the reporter contacted Chen Lanping by telephone and conveyed the praise of his neighbors in the yard. Master Chen was still a little embarrassed. He said, “we have been neighbors for decades. Everyone is very good. I’m easy to do. I’m very familiar with the porter Lao Lu. I live alone and can’t cook very well. Lao Lu and they often call me to dinner.”

Zhang zongru said, “we have 10 buildings in our yard, with at least 400 households and many people, but our neighbors get along very well. There are many elderly people, and we often walk around and greet each other. The staff of the property is also very responsible, especially master Chen’s voluntary work is worth showing. Moreover, everyone is in a yard, which is actually a home. The property needs more services and residents should be more considerate. Many problems are no longer problems.”
