StreamSwap’s contracts go live on Osmosis on 19th April (subject to governance) and the FLIX / OSMO stream (Yes! FLIX will be swapped in exchange for OSMO) will go live in a few hours from then, marking the start of the Bootstrapping Phase.

  • 1,000,000 (1M) FLIX will be locked from the Initial Fundraising allocation and voted upon by the community. Locked FLIX in the StreamSwap stream can’t be removed nor no new FLIX can be added until the end of the StreamSwap stream

  • OSMO will be the token accepted in exchange for FLIX. Subscribers will need to subscribe to the Stream using OSMO tokens

  • The total duration of the stream for price discovery is 37hrs

• Streaming Phase:

  • The Streaming Phase begins at 6pm UTC on 20th April and lasts for one hour.

  • During this phase, the actual swapping of tokens happens, with FLIX tokens being exchanged for OSMO tokens.

  • Token swaps occur linearly over the entire streaming duration, allowing for second-by-second swaps.

  • Subscribers can deposit or withdraw OSMO tokens at any point during this phase, affecting the final price of FLIX tokens.

  • If subscribers feel that the price is low, they can continue to add tokens, and if they feel that the price is high, they can withdraw tokens.

  • At the end of the Streaming Phase, the final price of FLIX tokens is determined by the total OSMO received.

• FlixDrop will go live on OmniFlix in May or early June, subject to the blockchain module for the on-chain drop, going live on OmniFlix Hub mainnet.

• OmniFlix is collaborating with the StreamSwap DAO to organize a Trading Competition for subscribers to better understand how StreamSwap works.

• The objective for participants to accumulate the most number of StreamSwap FLIX ( ssFLIX) using the StreamSwap OSMO (ssOSMO)

• Accounts whose average price is lower than the Stream’s average price are eligible for the Pro-Subscriber category if your average price is less than the average price of the overall stream.

• Each account receives a 1000 ssOSMO

• Three streams with 1M ssFLIX each are created with the Bootstrapping Phase starting on or before 18th April at 9am UTC and ending at 6pm UTC on 18th April. This means that the Streaming Phase starts at 6pm UTC and ends at 7pm UTC on 18th April.

• Results will be published via leaderboard after the Trading Competition.

• All Subscribers need to participate in all the 3 streams

• Subscribers should not spend under 100 OSMO or over 1000 OSMO in total (across all 3 streams put together).

• Subscribers transferring funds or receiving ssOSMO from other accounts are disqualified.

• Claim testnet OSMO for gas on the Osmosis Testnet Faucet
