New concept barbershop, general idea is to create a competition between barbers in local areas. Using token incentives:

Their are many barber shops on my local high-street. When I first moved to this area six years ago I found it extremely difficult to find a reliable and good barber. It was all trial and error (I still have photos of the awful trimz I received).
My vision is a sort of gamified barber app.
Where the token incentives push the barber to do a good job or even seek perfection in what he/she considers there profession.

But why would the “barber” even want the token?
Could be a governance thing, like a dao (meh)
Could use the token as a no lose raffle ticket for Frestrimz.eth exclusive nft or free trimz (notoriety tool).
Could use the tokens to trade for other web 3 Assets. (in game assets for example)
Could be used as a notoriety tool creates competition in the work place
Could be used for marketing (notoriety tool)
You could stake the token in order to earn reputation as a loyal customer which could be cashed in for free trimz.
I believe ignoring any monetary gain, individuals strive to be the best at something.
Within the barbershop community I am familiar the best barbers are normally found via word of mouth, friends are very much trusted to inform you of a good reliable barber.
But why would “customer” want the token:
Rewarding quality of service via the token instead of tipping
Customer can also be rewarded via POAP each time a customer walks into the barbershop they are issued with a POAP as proof of loyalty.
A governance token could be issued based on FreshTrimz.eth app activity:

Could be weekly playlist, votes on music within a specific venue
Which sport is on the television within the main venue
Votes on the top ten barbers within a local area (North, East, West and South)
NFT (POAP) issued to loyal customers giving them recognition for getting a hair cut within the barbershop on a regular basis. (Being a good customer, rewarded).
How will you find barbers ?
The end game would be to have a standard, a barber school for all the barbers to go through in order to set a standard, however as things stand, it would be extremely difficult to both open a barbershop and college to train up exciting new talent.
So I propose starting with a charitable position via giving out free hair cuts to the homeless, this would allow me an opportunity to see if anybody preforming a public good (giving free hair cuts) has any talent, it would also show me what kind of character they have.

The process of doing a transaction within barbershop is at still at a basic stage with only one store out of the six on my high-street excepting debit card payments, most only take cash.
In order for the app to be a success it needs to be installed in a brand separated from the actual “established” barbershops, but also accessible to anybody that sees benefit in using the app.

The end vision would be to have a chain of stores, accessible to any freshtrimz.eth barbers, so if a barber needs a chair to work, based on the area and notoriety, certain more established barbers will be more likely to get the chair in that specific area.
The best barbers will make their craft in the exclusive store in the capital city.
Every year, based on the barber scores from the specific areas 2 will be chosen (The ones with the most notoriety ) to work in the capital city.

It is vital that a potential customers be verified before they enter a FreshTrimz.eth barbershop, there is a fair bit of friction when it comes to doing things on chain, we want a smooth transition once the customer enters and exits the store.
Staff will need to fully trained on the dapp and metamask, hopefully in the long run the time to onboard customers is greatly reduced. OR just use:
The Chair Has Value:
When a freshtrim.eth barber has enough notoriety via NFT recognition there chair will then be available for purchase and an SBT can then be published to confirm that only that individual can work in that chair:
How To Make This Fair:
Chairs can only be purchased after the community agrees, the barber is voted in via a DAO vote.
(This will keep the barbers working within the shop honest or expose them as a bad actors in regards to personality *they are not good for freshtrimz.eth locations).
The permanent chair allows the owner to rent out time too up and coming barbers.
Chair owner then receives notoriety via the Freshtrimz.eth trained junior barbers performance.
The owner of the chair can also sell his or her chair
(a minimum of three bids would be required before the DAO votes on who gets the chair)
The SBT which is attached to the barber and the chair can also be leveraged for marketing purposes.
(The history of the SBT issued to the chair should show that only the best barbers worked that chair).
