To carry out the transactions on the Grow testnet, you need Base Goerli ETH tokens. Base Goerli ETH tokens do not possess any value and only meant for testing applications.How to get Base Goerli ETH:

Bonding is one of the main functions of the platform and is essentially a deferred purchase of the GROW token. The percentage indicated for each bond type represents the yield of the bond (30 Days, 20 Days, 10 Days, 5 Days)

Staking is the second main function of the platform. Through staking, users can earn income in the GROW token, according to the current percentage yield of the platform (3% + Bonus).
