By optimizing and improving the production organization, operation mode, process technology and other matters, Qinghai Oilfield has dredged many “pain points” and “blocking points” of operation and management, played a combined action of improving quality, efficiency and value creation with 53 specific measures in 8 aspects, and achieved a hard decline in the main cost indicators.

In the process of scientific research and innovation, Qinghai Oilfield implements the scientific research organization mode of “taking the lead” and builds a “scientific research platform” with the help of “external brain”, and comprehensively starts the research on key research topics such as heroic ridge shale oil exploration and development, deep natural gas reservoir forming mechanism, reservoir forming law of piedmont thrust belt, compressed air and electrochemical high-efficiency energy storage, so as to accumulate potential and increase energy for the high-quality development of the oilfield.
