All my XPs are lost on Intract.io!
About 4 days ago, I logged into the Interact site with my Discord account and noticed that my Discord account was not connected to my account. my account on the Interact site was synced with my Twitter. So in the Intract profile section, I synced my Twitter to the current account, I expected that by doing this, my XPs would be revealed and my Twitter account would be synced to my wallet along with the Discord account; But when I did this, not only my XPs did not return, now all three login methods including Metamask, Twitter and Discord account leads to -Zero- XP on the Intract!
As you can see in the screenshot, I raised this problem with Intract support during the last three days, but unfortunately, they do not accept responsibility for this problem on their site and say that there is no record of you in our database!
After all the time and money I spent to get those XPs! They say that you deleted the account yourself when I never did this. I tell them to at least check the logs and user history, but they don't answer One of the most obvious features of a platform similar to Intract (such as Galxe) is that the history of user activities and received points are visible to the site administrators, even if the user deletes the account, this deletion must be done as a soft delete (up to three Next month, this information will be stored for maintenance operation and then deleted) but Intract does not have this feature or at least does not want to use it!
In the end, I will post all the transactions I did for the Linea Voyage campaign here. (Fortunately, this information is stored on the Linea blockchain network, otherwise these would have been lost:sweat_smile: )
