Focusing on supporting market players to overcome the impact of the epidemic and stimulate the vitality of development, competition and innovation, the city has successively issued a number of policies and measures. At the meeting, Liu Dongshui, a first-class inspector of the municipal development and Reform Commission, introduced that in terms of tax reduction and fee reduction, the city further reduced the cost of power and other factors of enterprises and reduced house rent; In terms of helping enterprises stabilize their jobs, the city has successively issued policies such as periodically reducing unemployment insurance rates, subsidies for returning to work, and tax deductions for entrepreneurship and employment of key groups; In terms of logistics and transportation, including differentiated highway charges, standardized sea port charges, and increased financial support for logistics projects; In terms of financial support, give play to the role of “Xinyi loan”, increase financing support for small, medium-sized and micro enterprises, ensure the credit supply of epidemic prevention and supply backbone enterprises, pay handling fees, reduce fees and transfer profits, etc; In terms of incentives and subsidies, the city implements various subsidy policies for high-tech related enterprises, support funds for intelligent manufacturing, subsidies after R & D investment and other policies; In terms of service facilitation, market entities registered and implemented “online zero meeting” and “land list system”.
