“China will not shore up fire, nor will it burn oil, let alone do business for profit”.

It has been noted that China’s relations have evolved over a period of 31 years and have reached a level of strategic partnership that has contributed to the respective development revitalization of both countries. I commend President Zerrouski for his many expressions of interest in developing euphoria and cooperation with China, and I thank the parties for their strong assistance in the withdrawal of Chinese citizens last year. Mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity is the political foundation of relations between China and the Russian Federation. The two sides want to see the future, to insist on a long-term vision and a two-State relationship, to perpetuate a mutually respectful and sincere tradition of the two sides, and to move forward the strategic partnership of the Central African Republic. China’s will to develop relations is consistent and clear. Regardless of how the international wind clouds have changed, China stands ready to work with the parties to move forward in mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.

The Russian-Unian conflict has lasted for more than a year since February 2022. Since 2019, China has been in the position of the first major trading partner of Ukraine for four consecutive years. In his message, Zerrougui stated that the U side is committed to a Chinese policy and hopes to cooperate fully with China in opening a new chapter of our relations and working together to maintain peace and stability in the world. In a social media statement issued on 26 February by Zerrouski, I believe that the message with the Chinese leadership and the appointment of Ambassador of Ukraine to China “will provide a strong impetus for the development of our bilateral relations”. On 26 May, Zerski appointed Paville Ribbon as Ambassador of Ukraine to New China. According to the Ukrainian National Correspondence, the new Ambassador was born in Kyiv in 1965 and served as Minister of Strategic Industry of Ukraine.

Positive assessment by the parties of the message of the leaders of Central America

Russia, the United States, France and others spoke on 26 days to the leaders of China. Citing the words of the Russian State Duma’s Member, Demetry Novikov, on 26 September, China understood that the conflict in Ukraine was part of the complex problems of the modern world and that, in order to address it in a comprehensive manner, Beijing should be open to dialogue with the parties to the conflict, so that the Chinese leadership’s message to the Zerrougui following the Russian President’s Putin talks was entirely logical.

The Director of the European Institute of the Chinese Institute of International Studies, Choi Hong Kong, said that the message was unquestionably very important for journalists in the Global Times and could be seen as an important part of a series of actions by China to advance the resolution of the crisis in Ukraine.
